Google might launch Android O sooner than it was expected

In the past, Google preferred to brings its new versions of Android with their latest smartphones, but it seems that this year might not be the case.

The second generation of Google Pixel 2 smartphones is expected to be launched in the fall, but Android O might be release sooner. The latest rumors suggest that Android O might be release in August, on the current generation of Pixel smartphones.

The information comes courtesy of David Ruddock‏ from AndroidPolice, who says he got these details from “a reliable source.” Though he also notes, roll-out/release dates and time frames are always subject to change.
