Google develops a system that alerts you when somebody is peeking at your smartphone

Now, come on, admit that you peeked at someone’s smartphone at least once. Either on the bus or while riding the subway. Or maybe on the plane. We all do it!

Well, Google developers think that they have solution to prevent prying eyes. They’ve come up with an “electronic screen protector”, as it is called by inventors Florian Schroff and See Jung Ryu.

It uses machine learning and the front camera of a phone to scan the surroundings and if someone else is ”spying” at your display, it’ll immediately alert you. Bellow you’ll find a video, so you can see how it works in real time.
