Deloitte Romania and FintechOS concluded a strategic partnership that offers innovative solutions to financial institutions, in order to accelerate digital transformation and automate business processes.
FintechOS is a TaaS (Technology as a Service). It allows banks and insurance companies to redefine their customer experience by offering them a complete digital journey through intelligent automation of digital processes, thus creating hyper-personalized products and experiences for each individual client.

Through this partnership, the technology team within the consulting practice of Deloitte Romania manages the process of customization and implementation of solutions based on FintechOS technology, in order to provide complete and innovative digital transformation solutions to financial companies.

Recently, Deloitte Romania launched the automation platform Processo, which allows companies to create business processes and decision models, as well as integration points with legacy systems. The platform responds to specific business needs, such as management of projects and budgets, of tasks and teams, of documents and processes, and of electronic archiving of documents in compliance with Romanian law. The tool addresses both SMEs and large corporations, as well as central and local government authorities.
