A little longer than two weeks before its Paris reveal, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra’s parameters leaked to the internet. The smartphone features a 6.44-inch 1080p display, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU, 2GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, 1MP front camera, 16GB storage + microSD, 3000mAh battery, NFC, water, dust and… cat resistance? Now that’s a seller!
Obviously, the Xperia Z Ultra’s display is to be reckoned with. Not only it’s huge, hi-def and supports a stylus (not included), it actually registers pressure from pencils, ballpoint pens and other staples of office life. It’s apparently so sensitive that you can put a piece of paper on it and write, and it will register your scribbles.
Sony’s superphone should be on the market between July and September. Obviously, it will be a more expensive affair than the original Xperia Z.Source: Unwired View
