Xiaomi lost some momentum on the Chinese market, but its gaining some in India were it seems to lead in sales and it could improve its results after today’s launch of its new flagship.
The Chinese company unveiled Xioami Mi 6, the smartphone we talked a lot in the past few months, because its launch was delayed to some problems with Qualcomm slow production rate. But now Xiaomi launched Mi 6 and it looks good for as specifications and as prices.
Mi 6 features a 5.15-inch Full HD display, best chipset from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 835, which also equips the Galaxy S8 smartphones from Samsung, in comes with 6 GB of RAM and 64 and 128 GB internal storage options.
Xioami Mi 6 comes with a dual camera at the back with both sensors at 12 MP, which is thought to be similar in specifications as the one from Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus. The selfie camera, also, has a 8 MP sensor which should satisfy the needs of every selfie lover.
Xiaomi‘s new smartphone has fingerprint scanner it’s water and dust resistant, its powered by a 3,350mAh battery and it will be available in Sexy Blue, Metallic Silver and an exclusive Ceramic Black casing with 18k gold rims.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 launches on April 28 and it starts at CNY2,499 ($360) for the base 64GB version. Doubling the storage brings the price to CNY2,899 ($420), while the exclusive ceramic version is CNY2,999 ($435).
We’re interested to see when Mi 6 will hit the global market and if there will be a Mi 6 Plus variant as it was thought previously.
