China’s Xiaomi is ready to unveil its new phablet, the Mi Max 2, as the company confirmed the date when it’ll be presented, which is last week.
Xiaomi announced on its official website that Mi Max 2 will be presented on May 25. The company didn’t revealed anything else about the phone but luckily there were some rumors.
Mi Max 2 is said to sport a 6.4-inch Full HD display, under the hood it has a Snapdragon 626 processor, 4G of RAM and 128 GB internal storage, but ther should be more options.
The phablet should bring a 12 MP rear camera and a 5 MP selfie snapper. Other specs that have been rumored include 4G LTE support, a 3.5mm headset jack, a USB Type-C port, an IR blaster, and an all metal build.
No word on prices of availability, but it shouldn’t be an expansive phone.
