Windows Blue build 9364 for 32-bit systems has leaked online in the form of an ISO sized 2.63GB. The originator is french. That, and the implications of the build being acquired through a partnership program make this a true coup-de-tat. Microsoft are yet to prove the authencity of this build, but impatient users are already installing and trying it out on their machines.
