We’re at the moment when rumors about Samsung upcoming flagship series should bring more and more information about the internal components and it seems that’s just started to happen.
The phones are expected at the end of February in Barcelona, at MWC 2018, but right now the latest rumor suggests the possible RAM and internal storage combos for Galaxy S9 and S9+.
So, the standard Galaxy S9 is said to get 4G of RAM + 64GB storage and 4GB of RAM + 128GB storage. The Galaxy S9+ will get more RAM, which was also confirmed at GeekBench and at least on extra storage option: 6G of RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB of RAM + 128GB storage and 6GB of RAM + 256GB internal storage.
I said at least on more RAM option earlier, because about a month ago there were speculations about Samsung putting 512GB memory chips inside its phones, as they started the mass producing of these new memory chips.
