The first website celebrates 25 years of online life

Now that we use web as an instrument for accessing and sharing information whether from telephone, watch, glasses or from the classic PC, it’s time for thinking at the 25 years that passed since a website first got online.

Tim Berners’ website page became online on CERN, on December 20th, following that on August 1991 to become public and to publish mostly information and explanation regarding how hypertext-based projects worked.

Since then, websites and all what internet means became part of the social, economic and political dynamic, changing at the same time and contributing to change as well. This instrument of information will continually be used, censored of not, for censoring or for starting social civic movements that otherwise are pretty difficult to organize now. Nevertheless it will create new connection bridges between people.
