Snap camera from Polaroid uses no ink to print photos

Polaroid has launched a new 10mp photo camera dedicated to instant photos, this time without using any ink for printing them. It’s called Snap and it is a device that uses proprietary tech to offer you instant printed photos.

In order to do this, Snap uses ZINK (zero ink) paper that operates with heat to activate color crystals that eventually will reproduce 2/3 inch photos. This camera comes also with a timer suitable for selfie photos, with three color filters and with a 32GB MicroSD slot card, mainly because you cannot connect the camera to the internet. Snap will cost $99.
