Samsung’s new flip phone appears in real pictures

Earlier today we showed you an alleged press render of Galaxy Folder 3 (meanwhile it was officially unveiled in China as Leader 8), but now we get something even better, a set of real life pictures with Samsung next flip phone.

The model in these images is exactly the same as the one in the render, so where definitely talking about the same device. It real life pictures, we can notice, judging by the hands of the holder that the phone is pretty big. Well, practically is has the dimensions 2 4.7-inch display smartphone connected with a hinge.

According to information revealed on TENAA, the device – which carries a model number of SM-G9298 – is powered by Snapdragon 821AB chipset, and sports 4.2-inch 1080p screens. RAM is 4GB, while internal memory is 64GB.

The phone – which was previously referred to as the W2018 – features a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and packs in a 2,300mAh battery.

The handset is going to support Samsung Pay and wireless charging, and will also feature S Voice. It is expected to be made official sometime in August, with China getting it first.
