Panasonic wants to shake things up! The company is set to compete with the HTC One in Japan with the new Eluga P P-03E. The model isn’t to be underestimated – it boasts a 4.7-inch 1080p display with some advanced sensory technologies and the OS is Android 4.2. Hardware wise, it features a Snapdragon 600 1.7GHz, a 13.4MP camera and 2600mAh battery. It one-ups the One with an IP57 sertificate for water and dust resistance.
More on the display. The Eluga P is optimised for use in one hand with special gesture commands sort of like the Galaxy S4’s motion control system. Panasonic has named theirs “touch assist” and it will help users scroll content with just one hand.
It seems Panasonic has thrown everything it has at this smartphone, not unlike what HTC did with their life-saving One.
