According to various sources, Nokia are set to unveil a new flagship WP8 smartphone codenamed EOS who will feature the 808 PureView’s gargantuan 41MP camera sensor. The smartphone in question is likely the rumoured aluminium-made Nokia Catwalk. With rumours circulating around of a Windows RT tablet made from the finnish masters, it seems 2013 is shaping up to be a busy year from them.
However, don’t expect Nokia to debut a 5-incher anytime soon. According to “supply chain sources” cited by PhoneArena, Nokia has lined up strictly 4.7-inched or smaller mobile devices for 2013. So an eventual Windows Phone phablet, or even a tablet seem out of the way, with HTC also confirming they dropped the idea because WP8 doesn’t support Full HD resolutions.
