HMD Global seems to be set to unveil the first flagship smartphone since Nokia comeback on the market, a phone that fans of the Nokia’s wait since the beginning of the year.
The name isn’t really confirmed because latest rumors suggest it’s going to be dubbed Nokia 8, while previous rumors named it Nokia 9, while Nokia 8 was just another mid-range model.
Anyway, next week, on August 16th, HMD Global will unveil a top spec’d smartphone and the latest photos leaked prove that. As you will see in the pictures in the gallery, the phone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The specs list shows a Qualcomm CPU clocked at 1.9 GHz and the Adreno 540 GPU is just another proof that we’re dealing with the Snapdragon 836 chipset.
The pictures also reveal the 4 GB of RAM and a Quad HD display (2650×1440 pixels), at a density of 559 PPI. The rest of the specs should be confirmed next week.
