NASA to build some robots for exploring Jupiter

A NASA team is planning to start a project that wishes to create floating robots to be sent into the atmosphere for long periods of time, without depending on wings, motors or other external mechanism that can slow down the research time. These robots will be called windbots and will be powered by gas giants, especially by Jupiter.

Besides that, the researchers want to power these robots with the direction and the intensity of space turbulences, just like some wristwatches are powered by simply shaking your hand. The leader of the team, Adrian Stoica, along with his co-researchers, have received a $100.000 NASA award that help them to build a robot for testing.
