The smartphone was made official since February and its actual release in stores was supposed the take place in March, according to LG’s official announcement, but that didn’t happen.
Some of us, even forgotten about this smartphone who’s best feature is its 4,500 mAh battery. But the Korean company revealed, now, that X power2, will go for sale in “early June”. South Korea will be the first market to get it at a price tag of KRW 300,000 (around $265).
The LG X power2 was designed to operate for an entire weekend without recharging, due to its low its generous battery of 4.500 mAh. The company y claims that if fully charged, the LG X power2 can playback videos continuously for approximately 15 hours, provide navigational directions for about 14 hours or surf the web for around 18 hours.
The LG X power2 incorporates high-speed charging technology demanded by today’s busy users. A one hour charge provides 50 percent battery power with a full charge only requiring about two hours, twice as fast as most phones.
In addition, LG says that comfort View makes reading e-books and web comics more comfortable by reducing the amount of blue light emitted by the display, which has been shown to cause eye fatigue.
