Huawei sent out official press invitations for their event at this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The date is 24 February. After showing the 6.1-inch Ascend Mate and 5-inch Ascend D2 last month in Las Vegas, Huawei are reportedly set to show the Ascend P2. Some websites speculate of an octa-core CPU, but we believe the 4.7-inch P2 will stick to the usual guns of quad-core CPU, 2GB RAM, 13MP camera and Android 4.1.2. The battery will be 2200mAh, and the chinese price should be about $484. There are also rumors of a mini-P2 with a 4-inch 720p display, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera and Android 4.1. Huawei surely wouldn’t miss the budget-oriented market.
