It seems that the results from previous benchmark results didn’t fare to well with Samsung so a Galaxy S8, with Exynos 8895 was ran through AnTuTu, to check if it returns with better results and it did.
Overall it got a higher than iPhone 7 Plus. Barely. On Geekbench, neither the Snapdragon 835 variant, nor the Exynos 8895 get the best results but on AnTuTu the things look a little bit different.
The overall scores was 174,155 points, just over the result got by iPhone 7 Plus previously, 174,110. On the multi-core test it got the best score: 6,339 pts. It is followed by Huawei’s P10 Plus with 5,821 pts and iPhone 7 Plus with 5,664 pts.
On single-core performance test, the results still are really modest in comparison with those for iPhone 7 Plus. While Apple flagship has a record score of 3,473 points, Samsung’s flagship scored only 1,974 points.
