According to Korean media Hankyung the first Galaxy Note had 1GB RAM, the second had 2GB RAM and the third will (logically) have 3GB RAM. We don’t see any sources listed, so take this one with a grain of salt. But for all we know, the Galaxy Note 3 will have a Snapdragon 800 CPU, at least initially. Maybe Samsung will solve their battery and performance problems with the Exynos 5 Octa eventually.
The publication mentiones LTE-Advanced, which sounds quite believeable since Samsung released a LTE-A capable Galaxy S4 a few days ago. The RAM memory is said to be manufactured by Samsung, SK Hynix and LG, the latter notion puzzling us quite hard with the two companies being arch-rivals and all.
Finally, SamMobile claim the Galaxy Note 3 will be 8mm thick and weight 183 grams. Which means that the design probably remains much the same.Source: GSMArena
