Samsung announced the launch of its first budget smartphone featuring a dual rear camera, the Galaxy J7 Duo, which will be available in India first.
The South Korean company joined the dual-camera smartphone very late in comparison with other smartphone makers. Their first smartphone to feature a dual camera was Galaxy Note 8, released last autumn. Then the Galaxy A8 (2018) series, followed in January this year, but now they bring the dual cameras and the cheapest series.
The new model, Galaxy J7 Duo will be available at a price of INR 16,990, which is about $260 in Black and Gold. Galaxy J7 Duo will be available across retail stores starting April 12th, 2018.
But given the fact the the Galaxy J series is popular in many countries, I believe that Galaxy J7 Duo won’t be an exclusive model for India.
