Samsung will launch this year’s odd-numbered models in the Galaxy J, not just with it even-numbered ones, especially after today’s Geekbench appeared in the Galaxy J7 (2018).
Galaxy J4 and J6 models could be launched Monday, June 21, in India, when the Galaxy S8 Lite will might be launched too, and in the first half of this year a Galaxy J2 was launched in India, and Galaxy J2 Pro in Vietnam. Well, there was a Galaxy J7 Duo released in India in April. So it seems the J7 is the only model that has resisted. The Galaxy J3 and J5 models seem to have no successors this year.
Anyway. Clearly we will have a new Galaxy J7 after it has appeared at Geekbench. The phone is registered with the model number SM-J737A, it was tested with Android 8.0 Oreo and is equipped with Exynos 7870 and 2GB RAM. The CPU is octa-core and is clocked at 1.59GHz.
The Geekbench test does not provide any more details about the specifications, but now that the smartphone has appeared in benchmarks, we will certainly find out more about the Galaxy J7 (2018) soon.
