Samsung is preparing to launch this year’s generation of the Galaxy J smartphone series. As the moment to release them is getting closer, more and more information about the surfaces on the web.
2017’s J5 and J7 got compared with last year’s generation and the improvements are pretty obvious.
Galaxy J5 comparison
As you can see, there are some changes there, some of them pretty important. 2017’s Galaxy J5 sports the same 5.2-inch HD SuperAMOLED display and the same battery (3,000 mAh) and the same amount of RAM and internal storage (2GB RAM/16BG ROM).
This year’s model got a Full Metal boby, a bigger frontal camera (13 MP vs 5 MP), wider LTE support, better processor and one feature 2016’s J5 didn’t had, namely a fingerprint scanner.
Galaxy J7 comparison
This year’s J7 get more improvements than the J5. The display has the same size, but it get Full HD display, more RAM, a bigger battery, it also gets a fingerprint scanner and better selfie camera.
There are no official confirmation for this specs, but we’re pretty sure their accurate. Price-wise it The Galaxy J7 (2017) and Galaxy J5 (2017) are expected to be priced at 339 euro and 279 euro respectively.
