Meizu are in a strange hurry to prime the MX3 for launch. The Meizu MX2 (in title picture) was announced only in November 2012 and pushed on the chinese market in December 2012. According to sources, the MX3 will debut in the summer of 2013 with a 5.1-inch 1080p screen surrounded by the thinnest bezel we’ve ever seen on a smartphone. Other specs are 2GB RAM, microSD slot, at least an 8MP rear camera and Android Jelly Bean.
At first glance, the design is quite similar to HTC One. The MX2 had more of an iPhone vista, but the One’s shape is close to that of Apple’s flagship and the new BlackBerry. So no infringement on anyone’s part.
There isn’t more information on the price and reveal of the MX3, but we’re anxious to see it in actual photos.
