Google is preparing the second generation of Pixel smartphones and an unofficial render made it on YouTube, following the latest rumors and other renders leaked on the web in the past few weeks.
The model isn’t different from what we’ve seen last week in this leak. This new render was made by the guys/or girls, from Concept Creator that provided some incredibile good looking renders in the past, like those for Apple’s iPhone 8, or Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8.
Unfortunately they’re counting on rumors and speculation as well and even though their presentations are sublime, they are based of official schematics. For instance, the iPhone 8 render they pulled in April, was gorgeous but very far from the truth as the new leaks describe iPhone 8 to be different than it was thought in April, by almost everybody who bets on rumors.
Anyway, their Google Pixel 2 XL render is very appealing as well and we though you might wanna see it too. So there you have it in the video bellow.
Google Pixel 2 XL was spotted on GFXBench, a while back, but we get to peek a its specs. The tested model had Android 7.1.1 on board, but most certainly it’ll get Android 8.0 by the time it’ll get release on the market. From GFXBench listings we find that the device will feature a 5,6-inch display, supporting 2,560 x 1,312 pixels resolution, which is just under the Quad HD standard (2,560 x 1,440 pixels).
Under the hood we will find a octa-core processor, clocked at 2.4GHz, from Qualcomm, which most probably is the Snapdragon 835, even though it’s been said it might get the upgraded Snapdragon 836 chipset.
The new smartphone has 4 GB of RAM and it’ll get 128 GB internal storage. The main camera has a 12 MP sensor, while at the front we should find an 8 MP selfie snapper.
