One of the most discussed topics about Galaxy Note 8 is the placement of the fingerprint sensor, since it’s clear that Samsung won’t put an in-screen sensor on its next flagship phablet.
Many hope for a sensor placed under the dual camera of the phone, but some renders from OnLeaks suggested that it might be kept besides the camera, as on the Galaxy S8 series.
That would be really strange, for Samsung to go for the same position that was so harshly criticized by almost everyone who had to deal with Galaxy S8 on S8 Plus.
Now a set of real photos with what’s supposed to be a pair of protective cases for Galaxy Note 8, confirms the renders we’ve talked about earlier and in my opinion it’s bad news.
We can see that there’s the heart rate sensor between the cameras and the fingerprint sensor, but still, it’s not the placement most of Samsung’s fans wanted.
